1-year limited warranty on new Ashley purchases
All new Ashley purchases come with a 1-year limited warranty. It covers the frame, cushions and fabric. If something goes wrong within the first year, contact us and we'll help get it repaired or replaced.
Our "make it right" promise
Floor models and other non-Ashley pieces don't come with a warranty, but our customers' happiness matters to us, and so does our reputation here in Gulf Breeze. If a problem starts on our end, with a new or a used couch, we'll do our best to make it right. A missing cushion, the wrong item, or a factory flaw we didn't catch? We'll fix it, 100%.
The same goes the other way. If a problem starts on the buyer's end, it's the buyer's responsibility. That includes a couch that doesn't fit because the space wasn't measured, a change of heart about the color, or a pet that chews a pillow on delivery day.
Please double-check every couch's dimensions and the chaise side (left or right, as you face the couch) before you buy.
Deposits
- A deposit to hold a couch can be refunded within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, deposits are non-refundable, with no exceptions.
